TKMA Community Champions is Celebrating Growth and Achievement of our Volunteers with Presidential Service Award !

Volunteer Community Champions

Community Champions Inc. is a dedicated and community driven organization founded by TK Martial Arts. Our missions is to provide enriching activities to the local community, which includes volunteering with disabled students and young adults through the practice of Taekwondo.  Additionally, we actively engage with students in classes and summer camps, imparting valuable life skills through Taekwondo practice.

We are deeply honored to have received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for our longstanding commitment to serving the community. This recognition celebrates the over 20 years of dedication our team and students have shown in empowering people of all abilities through martial arts.

Community Champions is also leading the Way in Inclusive Martial Arts.

- Making an Impact, our Community Champions are the heart of TKMA—students, families, and volunteers who commit to building a more inclusive world through martial arts. We believe that Taekwondo is for everyone, and through initiatives like our free manual distribution, volunteer efforts, and KEEN partnerships, we are making that vision a reality.

- Free Manual Distribution for Inclusive Taekwondo, Last weekend, we took another exciting step in our mission by distributing free copies of our new manual, “Inclusive Taekwondo: Empowering All Abilities Through a New Lens,” to our students and athletes within the KEEN community. This book is designed to make Taekwondo accessible for all, ensuring that students, regardless of their physical or mental abilities, can practice and grow at their own pace, even from home
